A short operational document covering what data we collect and how we process it under 152-FZ.

  1. 1. Data operator

  2. 2. What we collect

    Name, phone, e-mail, company name, cargo and route specs, messages submitted through site forms.

  3. 3. Purpose

    Processing run requests, commercial quoting, recruiting, document flow, accounting and tax compliance.

  4. 4. Legal basis

    Subject consent (152-FZ art. 6(1)(1)), contract conclusion and execution (art. 6(1)(5)), statutory obligations.

  5. 5. Third parties

    Data is not transferred to third parties except as directly required by law and state bodies.

  6. 6. Retention

    Data is stored for the time required to fulfil the processing purpose or until the subject withdraws consent.

  7. 7. Subject rights

    You may request information about processing, demand correction, blocking or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent by emailing vsr@vostsibregion.ru.
